The American Airlines Flight 383 Kentucky Historical Roadside Marker #2343 was approved by the Kentucky Historical Society in the Fall of 2010 and dedicated on May 21, 2011. It was funded by private donations through the Flight 694/383/128 Memorial Group. It is located along Kentucky Route 8 in the 5500 block of River Rd.
