The TWA Flight 128 Kentucky Historical Roadside Marker # 2344 was approved by the Kentucky Historical Society in the Fall of 2010 and dedicated on May 21, 2011. It was funded by private donations through the Flight 694/383/128 Memorial Group. It is located on Kentucky Route 20 at the corner of Petersburg Road and Aviation Blvd.
